Thank you for all our excellent services (hotels, restaurants, transport and operators in general), and our prices are highly competitive. Questi, in general, are valid for a civil year, from the 1st gennaio to the 31st December, with restrictions on some particular dates (Easter, Inti Raymi, Giorno dell’Indipendenza, Natale, Capodanno, convenzioni ed eventsi, che saranno communicati al momento di ogni prenotazione). However, it may be possible to change at any time without prior notice.
To request a reservation, it is mandatory to have a prior quote, which must be approved by the customer. All reservations must be requested by email to the reservation agent previously designated by the company.
Once the reservation is received, the reservation agent will send a preliminary report on the status of the hotel and services within 24 hours (business days) of receiving the reservation.
With the exception of reservations for large groups, which will be made within 72 hours (business days) of receiving the reservation. The reservations department has 6 managers ready to offer the best assistance to your questions and needs in the following languages: Italian, German, English and Spanish.

Sending a copy to the Reservations Manager assigned by the company. This request must indicate the number of passengers, the distribution of rooms, the hotel category, the planned travel dates, the number of nights, the tourist destinations and any additional observations that may help us meet all your needs. Once the request is received, the Quotes Department will send you a response within 24 hours (business days), informing you of the conditions, validity and status of the quote.
SERIES
A request from an Operator with the same name and more than 6 scheduled departures in a year that follow the same pattern in terms of number of nights. The same conditions will apply to all booking requests in a series, even if the number of rooms is reduced to 4 or less.
FITS (1 to 4 rooms)
Requests with 4 or less than 4 rooms that arrive without a previously established program will be custom requests generated by passengers or operators.
SMALL GROUPS (5 to 15 rooms)
Reservations of 5 to 15 rooms that start and end the trip in the same time period without repeating in this period and/or being scheduled.
LARGE GROUPS (16 rooms or more)
They will have special prices, terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time of quotation and booking, based on the prices, terms and conditions confirmed by our partners (hotels, restaurants and operators).
LARGE GROUPS (1 to 4 rooms) and SMALL GROUPS (5 to 15 rooms) and/or SERIES
According to the deadlines and policies of our suppliers, 100% payment of the package is required 30 days before the passenger’s arrival. This deadline is based on the working days of internal accounting control to initiate advance payments of the hotel stay and other services before the passenger’s arrival date.
All reservations are subject to cancellation penalties and/or NO SHOW + VAT (18%) that will be added to the hotel price based on the cancellation date. The cancellation penalty or NO SHOW charge will be added if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the start of the trip.
LARGE GROUPS (16 rooms and up)
Payment will be made in 3 installments:
1.- 20% of the total amount (non-refundable) 90 days before the travel date. 2.- 30% must be paid within 60 days of the group’s arrival.
3.- The remaining 50% must be paid within 45 days of the start of the trip.
All reservations are subject to cancellation and/or NO SHOW penalties + VAT (18%) which will be added to the accommodation price, if applicable, based on the cancellation date. The cancellation penalty and/or NO SHOW charge will be applied if the reservation is cancelled within 90 days of the start of the trip.
If written authorization has been received to purchase the airline tickets, train tickets, entry tickets, etc., the reimbursement of these will be of 100% even if they are not within the stipulated dates.
D.L. Nº 919 – EXPORT OF SERVICES – which stipulates that all foreign passengers with a stay no longer than 60 days in Peru are exonerated from the Sales Tax (IGV o IVA). For the corresponding exoneration, the tourist must present the Andean immigration Card (TAM), document that is individually handed to every person when they enter the country.
LEGENDARY PERU reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the trip if considered necessary, to assure the safety and wellbeing of the passengers. Passengers are entirely responsible for their luggage throughout the trip.
LEGENDARY PERU is only an AGENT: so, it is not responsible of injuries, diseases, harm, loss, additional expenses, accidental delays and any other irregularity that may occur due to negligent acts or omissions from the companies or individuals that offer us transportation, accommodation and any other services related to the fulfillment of the trip, as well as for natural disasters or social agitations.
LEGENDARY PERU will not be responsible for the bookings that do not fulfill in the mentioned terms, due to the fact that all FIT booking, groups and/or series will automatically be cancelled if it exceeds the established terms and policies
As quality control, all our passengers are required to fill an evaluation form. This will allow us to acknowledge comments on our services and any possible suggestions, with the purpose of maintaining or improving the level of quality in our service.
